Legal Support for Investment in Belgian Development Projects

The law firm ARROWS provided comprehensive legal services to a Czech company investing in two development projects in Belgium.

The key task was to ensure that all legal aspects of the cross-border investment complied with both Czech and Belgian legislation and met international legal standards.

Our legal assistance included, in particular, the review and preparation of contractual documentation, coordination with local partners, and ensuring compliance with the specifics of Belgian construction law and local regulatory requirements. The services also included ongoing support for the client regarding the legal framework of the entire investment process on the Czech side.
