Legal Support for Managing International Sports Organization Activities

The law firm ARROWS provided comprehensive legal support to the client and its subsidiary in setting up legal processes related to the organization and management of sports and business activities.

The key task was to ensure that all activities of both entities were conducted in compliance with applicable legal regulations, including the establishment of contractual relationships with partners, players, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

The advice provided included the preparation and review of contractual documentation, legal advice in the area of sports regulation and rules, as well as addressing legal issues related to organizing sports events. In the area of the subsidiary's business activities, the team focused on sponsorship and marketing contracts, intellectual property protection, and the prevention and resolution of potential disputes.

The project was led by a team headed by Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, a specialist in intellectual property law and international agenda, who also serves as the lead attorney for the ARROWS International platform.

Mgr. Marek Hučík, an expert in commercial contracts and compliance, also participated in the project, bringing a focus on the practical setup of relationships with business partners.

JUDr. Vladimír Janošek played a significant role by providing the client with analytical support in corporate matters and legal certainty in setting up internal processes.

Contractual and regulatory issues in the area of marketing and intellectual property were also addressed by Mgr. Ondřej Cicvárek, whose specialization covers commercial law, trademarks, and the specifics of advertising law.
