Legal Advice on Property Defect Claims and Settlement Negotiation

The law firm ARROWS provided legal representation to the client in connection with the assertion of claims regarding property defects by the buyer.
The claims in question primarily concerned the use of cinder bricks, elevated radon levels, and the absence of construction documentation.
Based on the analysis conducted and the legal assessment of the matter, it was found that the asserted claims are not justified from a legal standpoint. We provided the client with strategic advice on defense options against these claims, including the preparation of arguments for negotiations and the proposal of an appropriate procedural strategy.
Despite the lack of justification for the claims, the client decided on an out-of-court settlement, with the firm preparing and negotiating a settlement agreement to minimize time and cost impacts.
