Legal Representation for Italian Manufacturer in Dispute with Czech Partner

The law firm ARROWS represented an Italian client, a leading manufacturer in the field of machine tools, in a dispute with a contractual partner from the Czech Republic.

The legal services involved the analysis and interpretation of several purchase agreements concluded with the Czech company, as well as the evaluation of the validity and fulfillment of the conditions of an exclusive distribution agreement, which the client claimed was breached by the Czech partner.
