Our law firm provided comprehensive legal advice to a leading cannabinoid distributor operating in both the Czech and international markets.

The legal services included the preparation and review of contractual documentation, a detailed analysis of the legal requirements of individual countries, and aligning the client's activities with national and EU regulations in the field of cannabinoids.

A key component of the advice was ensuring compliance of business activities with the dynamically evolving legislation in various jurisdictions, including monitoring changes in legal regulations and providing ongoing recommendations in real-time.

The project involved a team led by Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, a partner and specialist in international law and cannabis regulation, who also leads the ARROWS International platform.

Significant contributions were also made by JUDr. Zuzana Liškařová, the head lawyer of the international department, who focuses on cross-border agendas and legal support for innovative companies.
