Successful Resolution of Cross-Border Worker Posting to Liechtenstein

The law firm ARROWS provided comprehensive legal support to a leading Czech luxury chandelier manufacturer in connection with proceedings initiated by the tax authority in Liechtenstein.

The audit focused on the conditions for posting employees to the local market, and the client faced the risk of high financial penalties, a ban on activities, and interference with business activities in a highly prestigious segment.

Our task was to ensure representation of the client before foreign authorities, conduct communication with Liechtenstein partners, and negotiate a procedure that would allow the continuation of activities without any restrictions. The legal services provided included legal analysis and the adjustment of internal processes in the area of working conditions, including ensuring compliance with relevant European and local regulations. The result was the averting of all impending sanctions and the facilitation of seamless employee postings in the future.
