Client Representation in Company Acquisition and Industrial Site Settlement

The law firm ARROWS represented a client in a complex transaction involving the purchase of a company and subsequent property settlement of an industrial site co-owned by several parties.

Legal advisory included coordination and execution of all phases of the transaction – from acquiring a stake in the company and terminating its liquidation, through the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, to resolving co-ownership relations concerning the affected land.

The services provided also included representing the client in court proceedings for the settlement of co-ownership and parallel negotiations for an out-of-court settlement. In the next phase, we prepared and negotiated purchase agreements concerning the transfer of land from other co-owners.

The transaction was handled by a team led by Mgr. Jan Medek, a specialist in acquisitions, company transformations, and resolving complex property relations. Thanks to his experience in mergers, holding structures, and shareholder disputes, a quick and effective legal solution was achieved on several levels simultaneously.

Thanks to the diligent work of the entire team, the transaction was successfully completed, and the client gained full control over the target company and the land forming the core of its business.
