Petr Macháň has been working in the insurance industry since 1999. His career began in the heart of Olomouc, where he took his first professional steps in a regional brokerage company. In 2002, he joined the ranks of the largest insurance company, covering all risks for its SME clients. This step marked the beginning of a long and significant professional phase in his life.

From the very outset, Petr Macháň focused on insuring SME clients, using his position as an underwriter as a springboard to specialize in liability insurance and public procurement. His eagerness to learn, embrace new things and his tenacity, which he highly values, propelled him into the key manager position, making him a linchpin for cooperation with leading brokers.

Petr is characterized by a strong emphasis on independence and loyalty, but he does not forget the importance of personal relationships with clients either. His positive energy and honest approach contribute to the creation of long-lasting strong bonds. He also carefully fulfills his role as the manager of major insurance company clients, where he is no stranger to a close relationship with colleagues and fair treatment. At the same time, he places considerable emphasis on professional development, both for himself and his team members.
