ARROWS lawyers helped connect the worlds of technology and business

Legal setup of a P2P marketplace for cryptocurrency mining equipment must cover user relationships, liability, security and compliance with rules for digital assets. ARROWS prepared the contractual documentation and legal framework needed for the platform to operate safely and transparently. This article shows how legal, technology and business requirements can be combined when launching a marketplace and where the main regulatory risks need to be addressed.
