ARROWS lawyers helped connect the worlds of technology and business
ARROWS Law Firm participated in the preparation of complete legal documentation for the implementation of P2P marketplace software designed for the sale of cryptocurrency mining equipment. The platform enables direct trading between users and required the creation of a secure, legally balanced, and regulatory compliant framework for all transactions.
The legal advice provided included, in particular, the preparation of contractual terms and conditions, the regulation of business relationships between users, the definition of liability and security mechanisms, as well as ensuring compliance with legal regulations in the area of cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Emphasis was also placed on compliance, process transparency, and the setting of legal parameters for the effective and secure operation of the platform.
Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, a specialist in IT law, cybersecurity, and fintech, and JUDr. Zuzana Liškařová, who focuses on corporate law, contractual matters, and the restructuring of business relationships, played a key role in the project. Their joint work enabled the smooth legal setup of the project and the secure launch of the platform in accordance with current legislation and the client's business needs.
