ARROWS prepared the client for a successful IPO
Our work included a detailed analysis of all key areas of the company's business – from financial and accounting aspects, through the review of company and corporate documentation, to the assessment of legal risks and compliance with capital market regulations. Thanks to our comprehensive approach, we were able to ensure that the company meets all regulatory requirements related to preparing for an IPO and is ready to face the challenges of the public market.
The project was led by two of our experienced colleagues:
- Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, attorney and partner, a recognized expert in international law and head of ARROWS International, who has long been responsible for M&A transactions.
- JUDr. Zuzana Liškařová, a specialist in international and corporate law, who also focuses on advising startups on their growth and expansion, including preparations for going public.
