ARROWS prepared the company for its IPO
ARROWS Law Firm participated in the preparation of comprehensive due diligence for a company with the aim of its entry onto the stock exchange. The project required a detailed and interdisciplinary analysis of all aspects of the company's operations – legal, financial, and regulatory – in order to ensure that it met all the requirements for public trading on the capital market.
The legal advice included a review of corporate documentation, an analysis of contractual relationships and regulatory risks, and ensuring compliance with capital market regulations and the regulator.
Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, a specialist in corporate law and compliance, and JUDr. Zuzana Liškařová, who has long focused on personal data protection and the legal regulation of digital projects, played a key role in the project. Together, they led the entire preparation process with an emphasis on accuracy, structure, and transparency.
