ARROWS secured compensation exceeding CZK 789,000 for its client

An invalid termination of employment can leave an employer liable for substantial wage compensation covering the period when the employee was prevented from working. In the case described, ARROWS secured compensation exceeding CZK 789,000 for the client, together with related amounts and litigation costs. This article shows how a well-prepared litigation strategy and consistent defence of employment rights can lead to full financial redress.

The result was a court ruling that the employment relationship had been terminated invalidly. Based on these judgments, the employer had to pay the client compensation for lost wages, including interest on arrears and court costs, which ultimately amounted to CZK 789,253.95. This result not only confirms the correctness of our procedural strategy, but is also a significant victory for our client, who has achieved justice and full satisfaction.

The case also demonstrated the excellent work of our colleague, Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, an expert in international law and head of ARROWS International. His expertise, dedication, and teamwork played a key role in achieving this success.

Our client not only received financial compensation, but above all, fair recognition of her rights.
