Comprehensive legal support for trade unions in the transition process
ARROWS law firm provides legal representation to several trade unions in the sensitive process of merging two large contributory organizations established by the statutory city.

The process, which is closely monitored by the media and accompanied by employee industrial action, requires intensive legal support, both in the preparation of comments on the proposed documentation and in negotiations with the founder and the merger manager.
The legal team was led by Mgr. Jakub Oliva, LL.M., MSc., the leading attorney of the Olomouc office of ARROWS, who specializes in labor law and has extensive experience in collective relations litigation. In the case, he capitalized on his expertise in defending the rights of employees and conducting dialogue with public institutions.
He also made a significant contribution to the work of Mgr. Bc. Kryštof Pažourek, a trainee attorney at law with a focus on labour law and private law, who was particularly involved in the preparation of legal opinions and procedural arguments.
Both colleagues are to be thanked for their excellent and professionally precise work, which enabled the trade unions to effectively defend the interests of employees in the challenging transition process.
