Comprehensive legal support in the implementation of a development project
ARROWS advised the client in the preparation and implementation of a large-scale development project. The legal services included discussing all aspects related to the construction, including construction changes, engineering and coordination of the necessary approval processes.
Legal support included preparation and review of contractual documentation necessary for the commencement and implementation of the project, legal assistance in obtaining building permits and dealing with authorities. We also advised the client in ensuring compliance with legal regulations and administrative procedures.
The team was led by Mgr. Karel Huneš, an attorney specializing in construction law, who has long been providing legal advice to developers, builders and municipalities. His experience in negotiating with authorities and administrative courts ensured effective legal support throughout the project.
