Lukáš Slanina as one of the partners and attorney at ARROWS focuses mainly on providing legal support to real estate agencies and their preparation for the new real estate law. He leads a team that deals with contractual documentation for real estate transfers, all contractual matters related to the functioning of real estate agencies and successfully represents real estate agencies in court disputes with dishonest clients. He regularly provides legal training for real estate agents.
Due to Lukáš's specialization in real estate law, he can also assist clients who need to terminate a brokerage or booking contract with an unfair real estate agent or seek damages against a real estate agent.
He also practises construction law and land-use planning. He guides investors, developers and property owners through building permit proceedings and changes of use, and advises on commenting on and amending land-use plans.
As a proud member of the Czech Bar Association, he is glad to provide support also within the Association and perform the function of a Deputy Regional Representative of the Czech Bar Association for the East-Bohemia region.
