Debt collection abroad thanks to coordination by ARROWS International
Recovering a debt abroad requires a strategy that leads not only to a judgment but to actual collection in the country where the debtor has assets. Based on the chosen strategy, ARROWS initiated enforcement proceedings through a European payment order. The firm also coordinated the subsequent enforcement of the decision in the country where the debtor's assets were located and managed communication with the relevant enforcement authorities. The result was an enforcement order that could be used across borders and the practical collection of the debt, including the application of accessories and costs associated with enforcement.
