Ensuring legislative compliance for online share investments
ARROWS Law Firm provided comprehensive legal advice on setting up a regulatory model and drafting contractual documentation for a client who decided to launch an online real estate investment service. The aim was to ensure that the new investment platform was fully compliant with legal regulations from the outset and offered investors a transparent and secure environment.

Legal services included a detailed analysis of regulatory requirements, the drafting and preparation of contracts and terms and conditions necessary for the provision of the service, as well as consultations on regulatory issues in the field of investment and financial law. Our work also included reviewing the web interface, marketing communications, and other documents to ensure their full legislative compliance and to meet consumer and investor protection requirements.
The project required the interconnection of several specialized areas of law – from financial regulation to contract and corporate law to the legal aspects of new technologies. Our colleagues Mgr. Jáchym Petřík, a partner specializing in investment companies, financial markets, and legal advice for technology startups, and Mgr. Ondřej Cicvárek, an attorney with extensive experience in contract law, regulation, and new technology law, participated in the project.
This project is an example of the excellent work of our lawyers, who were able to combine their expertise in investment services with a deep knowledge of the regulatory environment and contributed to the successful launch of a new investment platform.
