Published:Updated:

On 24 March 2023, the deadline for the owners of ExploR Capital a.s. bonds to file their claims in the insolvency proceedings began to run. ExploR Capital a.s. has been declared bankrupt by the insolvency court.

The company was engaged in, for example, the construction of sturgeon farms in Russia and allegedly owes CZK 172 million to its creditors from bonds alone.

For the creditors, the above means only one thing - if they are interested in getting at least part of their money back, they must file their claims in the insolvency proceedings within the above-mentioned time limit, which is 2 months. Late filed or not filed at all claims are not taken into account in the insolvency proceedings.

The law firm ARROWS ETL Global has extensive experience in representing owners of so-called "junk bonds" and currently, for example, successfully represents almost 600 bondholders in insolvency proceedings of Michal Mička's C2H group.

If you are one of the bondholders of ExploR Capital a.s. and you are interested in more information and a quote for our legal services, please contact us at koubek@arws.cz.
