Legal advice for the Czech Hemp Cluster
ARROWS Law Firm provided comprehensive legal advice to the Czech Hemp Cluster z. s. focused on the regulation of the cultivation, processing, and marketing of hemp products, as well as related requirements in the healthcare sector. The legal advice included, in particular, the preparation of structured legal opinions on selected issues (licensing and notification regimes, handling of technical hemp, extracts and THC/CBD content, food and novel foods, cosmetics, medicinal products, and medical devices), a map of obligations and compliance (labeling and advertising, traceability, supervisory mechanisms), and recommendations for setting up business models. The cooperation also included legislative and regulatory support, including commenting on draft legislation and preparing materials for expert dialogue with public authorities.
The team was led by Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, who works at ARROWS as the head lawyer of ARROWS International, manages an international network of partner law firms, and provides clients with coordinated legal services across Europe from a single point of contact through the anywhere.legal platform, which simplifies communication and the entire process. He is also a recognized expert on cannabis regulation in the Czech Republic and provides clients with targeted and practical advice in this area.
