The key issue was proving that the delivered work did not meet the contractual requirements and technical parameters, which required thorough legal argumentation and the provision of adequate evidence.

The legal services included preparing documents proving defects in the work, working with forensic experts to prepare expert reports and securing evidence to support the client's claims. Mgr.
