Lukáš Kubec graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. He had an internship at the District Court in Hradec Králové during his studies. After the graduation in 2008 he started to work as an articled clerk at Law firm of Mgr. Tomáš Rašovský where he focused on general practice and administration and recovery of claims. From 2011 he worked at Law firm Havel, Holásek & Partners, where he specialized in the commercial-law disputative agenda and judicial recovery of claims.  

Lukáš provides complex legal services and counselling in the field of commercial, civil and bankruptcy law. He elaborates expert legal analyses according to the clients´ demands and he specializes mainly in the disputative agenda and representation of clients at courts.
