Legal support in the construction of a residential building
ARROWS represented the client in the preparation of contractual documentation and negotiation of the construction of a residential building comprising 90 luxury residential units.
Our legal services included drafting the contractual terms and conditions for the sale of individual residential units, ensuring the protection of the client's interests throughout the transaction and setting up the legal framework for the successful implementation of the project.
