Representing clients in administrative proceedings concerning fines for illegal employment and disguised agency activities
ARROWS Law Firm represents a number of clients in administrative proceedings conducted by the Labor Inspectorate, which imposed fines on them for alleged illegal employment.

The cases mainly concern the employment of foreigners without work permits, the performance of dependent work under the so-called “švarcsystém” regime, and the issue of disguised agency employment.
The total amount of fines imposed in misdemeanor proceedings currently exceeds millions, and clients face serious reputational and commercial risks. The firm provides legal support from initial procedural representation to comprehensive defense strategies, including representation before administrative courts.
The team led by Mgr. Jakub Oliva, LL.M., MSc., a specialist in labor law and representation of employers in labor inspections, ensures a high degree of legal certainty and procedural preparedness for clients. Also involved in the case are Mgr. Bc. Kryštof Pažourek, whose specialization includes labor disputes and legal analysis with an overlap into public administration, and JUDr. Barbora Kořenářová, an expert in administrative proceedings and misdemeanor law with previous experience at a regional court.
The case is an excellent example of interdisciplinary cooperation aimed at protecting entrepreneurs against disproportionate interference by supervisory authorities. Thanks to the professional work of all team members, the firm provides its clients with effective defense even in the most complex regulatory disputes.
