Successful harmonization of corporate statutes across Europe
Harmonising corporate statutes across Europe can give an international group one governance standard while preserving mandatory local requirements. A single template is not enough: each jurisdiction must be checked to determine which provisions can be unified and which need local wording. This case study explains how ARROWS mapped the differences, proposed common clauses and created a practical implementation roadmap for the group.
The project was led by our colleagues with significant experience in corporate and international law:
Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda, a partner at the firm, who has long focused on structuring corporate groups, cross-border transactions, and legal coordination within international projects.
