Petra Hučíková is the executive director and partner at ARROWS law firm, where she is responsible for the overall operation and management of the firm, including financial management, internal controlling, support departments, and recruitment processes. In her role, she connects strategic management with an emphasis on functional and transparent day-to-day management, thanks to which ARROWS has long been one of the fastest growing law firms in the Czech Republic.

In her position, she ensures the smooth running of all key processes across departments and systematically focuses on their optimization – from standardizing operational activities and digitization to setting team goals, budgets, and performance metrics. In the area of people management, she emphasizes professionalism, systematicity, clearly defined responsibilities, and support for teamwork across the firm.

She is historically the second non-lawyer to become a partner at a law firm in the Czech Republic. Her natural analytical approach, emphasis on order, and ability to connect numbers, technology, and human potential have brought ARROWS a modern operating model that reflects the needs of the 21st century.

Artificial intelligence and digital transformation

Petra is behind the firm's technological transformation, which began in 2023 with the establishment of an internal artificial intelligence team. Under her leadership, this team is systematically introducing AI tools into legal, administrative, and business practices. In 2024, thanks to these innovations and the work of the entire team, ARROWS was recognized as Innovative Company of the Year in two independent competitions.

Petra is an expert in the practical implementation of artificial intelligence in legal and other fields. She regularly trains lawyers, managers, and the public sector on how to use AI effectively, safely, and in accordance with applicable legislation. She has spoken at many professional events, conferences, and workshops, including at the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and at international professional forums. An interesting part of her expertise is the application of AI technologies in social services, where she has coordinated successful pilot projects.

She is co-author of the professional publication “AI for Businesses in Practice,” which focuses on the understandable and realistic use of artificial intelligence in the day-to-day operations of companies.

Professional awards and public activities

In 2024, she was named one of 131 inspiring women working in the world of finance as part of the prestigious #FinŽeny project.

In addition to her role in the management of the office, she is also active as a lecturer. She regularly speaks at conferences focused on AI, legaltech, and business efficiency. She is a sought-after speaker on digital transformation in the corporate environment.
