1. How much will it cost me?

We always play with open cards. Before starting cooperation, you will receive a cost estimate, or we will agree on an hourly or task-based fee. Thanks to experience from hundreds of disputes, we can estimate their duration in advance.

2. How long will the dispute last?

That depends on the complexity of the case and the workload of the local courts. A common commercial dispute in the Czech Republic can last 1–3 years. However, our priority is not to prolong proceedings – we utilize pre-litigation demand letters and effective procedural tools for the quickest possible conclusion. Foreign disputes are handled by the ARROWS law firm similarly.

3. Do I have to go to court personally?

In most cases, no. Based on a power of attorney, we will represent you at all hearings. Your presence is usually required only if the court orders your interrogation.
