Michaela Krátká works at ARROWS as an insurance consultant, where she focuses primarily on retail insurance and the administration of our clients' insurance contracts. She has been working in the insurance industry for several years, she is passionate about this field and decided to further develop and educate herself in it.

She graduated from Palacký University in Olomouc, specifically in Physical Education and English Language Teaching, thanks to which she speaks English at an advanced level.

Since childhood she has been involved in sports, which taught her not only responsibility but also the importance of teamwork. She now applies these qualities to her new position with the goal of providing professional support to clients and strives to make their insurance experience as pleasant and seamless as possible.
